続きまして、一本一本芯に巻き付けて作る自家製パスタをスパイシーに味付けしたイノシシ肉でおつまみ風に仕上げてありました 

 

 

メインは馬のもも肉炭火焼 

 

 

 

ワインはエミリアロマーニャの【レ・モーレ】
これは気に入りました(≧◇≦)
ブドウはマルヴァジアです。
